I got it assembled from a professional as i dont have time. Looks sturdy & good, similar swings are selling for upper $400's. So far i am happy with the purchase, time will only tell if it survives harsh weather in arizona. I wish they had more color options in these model. I will update my review in next few months if it fails in anyways. Thanks!Directions are not as clear as they could be. Definitely need 2 or more people. The directions were hidden in the plastic of the pillow! We tried to put it together for 40 mins with out directions, then stumbled upon them. There was a dent in the frame! Disappointed about that! With all of that said I really like the swing.For those of you who do the assembling, you'll like this product. All the pieces arrived as they should, nothing was bent or broken, had all the nuts/bolts, etc. it was suppose to. Most importantly, all the holes lined up as they should. I did it all by myself and I'm a 60 year old woman. It's a solid swing, and seems to be built to last. The cushions are comfy too. The only thing I was a little disappointed in is the cup holders on each side are made of cheap plastic. They look metal in the picture because the rest of the swing parts are all metal. I wouldn't set a bottle of wine on them, but they should hold a can of soda.The swing is great, and the seller was very responsive and was able to reply one part of which was defective before installationVery good I liked it good size and good qualityWe were out of town when swing was delivered. Upon opening the boxes we found a bent A bar, the top piece which springs attach to. The seller sent out another and all is well. Glad directions came with inside cushion packaging. We were able to complete assembly in a little over an hour. Really need 2 people to assemble. Seems well made and I'm currently enjoying on back porch. Seller is top notch. I just can't say enough about how fast they reacted when they found out that the box got damaged during shipping & I had lost 1 single bolt!
