This lounger is very comfortable and the back being adjustable is a major plus. The cushion is good quality and very comfy. The pieces were well put together and the ratan was woven nicely. I would order another. The issue I had was that two of the holes did not line up. One I was able to force a bit and the other I just couldn't get it to connect. I may end up falling through the chair but even with the one missing screw - it seems really secure. The legs were difficult to line up and they didn't match the holes either - so that was a challenge. The tools that came with are all you need although if you have a rachet - that may be easier on your hands. The instructions were horrible. Just pictures and no real instruction as to how to assemble. Some of the pieces were marked incorrectly (One had an arrow to show which side was up - but it was incorrect. Over all - I think I am going to love this chair - but maybe after my hands and thumbs recover.
