This lounger is very comfortable and the back being adjustable is a major plus. The cushion is good quality and very comfy. The pieces were well put together and the ratan was woven nicely. I would order another. The issue I had was that two of the holes did not line up. One I was able to force a bit and the other I just couldn't get it to connect. I may end up falling through the chair but even with the one missing screw - it seems really secure. The legs were difficult to line up and they didn't match the holes either - so that was a challenge. The tools that came with are all you need although if you have a rachet - that may be easier on your hands. The instructions were horrible. Just pictures and no real instruction as to how to assemble. Some of the pieces were marked incorrectly (One had an arrow to show which side was up - but it was incorrect. Over all - I think I am going to love this chair - but maybe after my hands and thumbs recover.Putting this chaise together was a challenge! It took me two afternoons. The directions, as are so many these days, consisted of diagrams only, and they were rather small so it took some scrutiny to figure out exactly where bolts went. The main type of bolt supplied required a washer for each, but that wasn’t immediately clear to me, though I figured it out. I recommend having an assistant to hold a flashlight (the hardware is the same dark color as the chair so extra light helps) and parts that must be held in place while bolts are applied. Some of the bolts were darn hard to get screwed in! I left one out completely because I just couldn’t get it in, and my frustration level was high. The description says “wicker,” but be advised it’s not real wicker, it’s plastic, although it looks very nice. The chair is quite solid. I hope it lasts outside in FL...time will tell.Extremely difficult to assemble and it took several hours! The tools are awful and the instructions are just pictures with no specific details. If you do buy this product, be sure to use the washers for every bolt you screw in, as the instructions do not tell you to include them and it's easy to forget you even have them. Many of the bolt are difficult to screw in. I placed the parts in the exact spot per the instructions (they are lettered for identification), but at couple of major pieces did not line up properly without a great amount of effort to line them up. Not a one person job from my experience.I also received an incorrect part, rendering the chair useless. Trying to get the company to send the correct part has been a nightmare, even after sending them pictures that clearly showed the incorrect part with the incorrect label. I even sent more pictures showing the part against the chair, showing it was far too small. Even after I explained what I needed very clearly and with pictures, the contact person just kept wasting day after day saying, "so which part do yo need" or "are you sure it doesn't fit"? It's been a real hassle and I don't want to have to take the whole thing apart after how difficult it was to put together, then send it back at my cost. I am still waiting for the correct part and am unsure that they even understand the issue, even though I could not have been clearer. Very easy concept to understand, Send part J because I received part K, which is too small (plus, attached the pictures proving it is the wrong part and is too small). A waste of time and money so far. I hope I get the correct part soon, but I have no reason to believe I will.It is very nice. Narrower than expected (for some reason it looked super wide in the photo but it is just a normal width...probably would have known if i paid attention to the dimensions lol). Padding had a tear and a stain on it when it arrived even though it was wrapped in plastic. While i am quite good at assembly and actually enjoy it...this thing was a nightmare. it took me a little over 4 hours and my fingers were killing me the next day. i had to keep taking it apart because the seating sections (3) did not line up with the holes to screw into them. Each side of the base is made up of 2 parts...screwed together in the middle with two allen wrench screws (note, the 30-ish allen wrench screws are in some awkward places and are a complete pita (pain in the ---). FINALLY i figured out that if i completely loosened the sides in the middle part of the base i could separate the frame so the darn holes line up. it is very nice...and overall i am glad i have it...but MAN was it annoying to assemble. These chairs were assembled about 6 months ago and have only been used a handful of times. The fabric slings unravel and come right out of the tracks. The company refuses to tell me where i can "BUY" replacement parts for these chairs. They know that the parts are defective because they don't even sell the chaise with slings anymore. Save yourself a lot of aggrevation and buy the chairs from a REPUTABLE company that stands behind their product!Although the lounger looks nice, it is so uncomfortable. The padding in the cushion is thin and the two seams in the middle where the chair bends are really uncomfortable on your tailbone. Disappointing for the price. Now I have to find a new cushion to try and salvage it. Also like other reviewers noted, the screws to lock the legs in place don't line up and are difficult to tighten.Very nice quality. Unfortunately, if a small wind whips up you will have to go find the cushions. The single strap to tie it down is not enough. Needs a second one for the leg area. All that aside, the product is very nice quality and looks beautiful.
