Ordered 2. Packages were fairly protective. Fit and finish is about what you'd expect at this price point: not great but nothing bad enough to be an eye sore every time you sit in the chair. One part had a piece of scuffed metal leaving a spike. Fortunately I was able to remove it with only a small finish defect. I didn't time the first chair assembly but the 2nd one including clean up was about 1 hr and 15 min. If you have your own wrench set you will be much happier doing assembly. The tools that come are sufficient but a bit of a pain to use. The chairs are are fairly comfortable. The rocking is obviously not like a traditional rocker but It's fine. Cushions seem ok, nothing spectacular. After assembly, the chairs are a bit asymmetric but I don't think it will affect comfort or function. All 4 legs plant firmly on the ground and the base is sturdy. Will update in a month or so if anything changes.
