We bought 6 chairs. The assembly went fairly quickly after the first one. It also helped that I laid out all the pieces and parts for each chair for my husband and we also cut the allen wrench so it would fit into a drill. We got the assembly down to under 2 mins per chair!! Very impressed with the heaviness of the chairs. We bought these chairs because we get a ton of wind during storms plus we have a few heavier family members who we wanted to be comfortable sitting around the fire as well. The only down side that I have encountered is you need to be careful if you use a pressure washer to clean them. Too close or too much pressure and it will leave marks. Guests were so impressed with the chairs that we had to order some for them as well.
