After 1-1/2 years of casual use the main bar holding this chair together broke in half. No way to contact manufacturer "Ulax Furniture" except by email, which was never answered. Poor/weak/faulty construction. It touts to be made of steel, but the broken bar is definitely not steel, more like PVC. If the manufacturer cares to respond and replace or discount a new one, perhaps I would change this review.
