The chairs are attractive and comfortable. They arrived on time with the shipping boxes being in pretty good condition when arrived. All the cushions, the little drink holder and such were included and are of good quality. The negative issues for me mostly have to do with the zero gravity feature. I find the zero gravity trigger lock is a little flimsy, temperamental and difficult to get used to. Also, getting the chair to go backward into the laying position from the upright sitting position is somewhat difficult to achieve(especially if your a short person). The other way around, going from laying position to any other position, seems pretty easy to achieve. I think because of these issues the chair will take a little getting used to. Still, I do like the look of the chairs and I do hope to get used to how they work so I can enjoy them on my patio and use with ease.I had posted a previous review stating my initial disappointment with the chairs and the sellers return policy. After examining chairs further and having great communication with the sellers, all that has changed. Turns out they have Great Customer service and good product. I had a few issue with the pads being a little more flimsy and thin than Id have liked, but all in all the chairs are great and well built, and very very comfortable!!!Cut my leg when i stood up on a screw sticking out of the right arm. They where very quick to help.When the cushion was washed the zipper came open and the fill emptied out in the drier. The hollow fill in each compartment bag disintegrated in the washer. What a mess. Kind of like picking up styrofoam peanuts.Disappointed in the cup holder. Not very sturdy. Also not very easy for me to recline in this chair.Excellent addition to our deck !Very comfortable to read in .. cushion n pillow !I sat in my deck garden, surrounded by plants, candle light, music, and stars. This chair was comfortable and made the evening just perfect.
