The lounge chairs are beautiful and sturdy. The pillows are cheap and don’t match which I don’t care cause it will be less I have to haul in the house with storms. They were not as easy to put together as the other reviews stated. The wrench they put in with screws doesn’t fit and is thin so had to use our own. Make sure to screw in all the screws but not too tight. Then you can adjust the chair to make sure the screws all line up, then tighten them. One box was missing the bag of screws. I’m sure it won’t be an issue getting a set sent to us. Overall, very happy with our purchase.Update: The company asked if I could get the screws on my own. I found a weave of the wicker was broken so I requested a new section. They seriously asked me if I could repair it and superglue it. Also requested I go get more wicker and rethread it myself. No. It’s cut in half and when that is broken, it will unthread. Hopefully they will replace it. Unbelievable that they asked me to repair it when I spent $900 on two sets of chairs!! I’m not asking for two chairs, just one piece. Ridiculous!They are sending me a replacement chair! Should have been the first thing they did, but happy they are resolving the issue! Update: they sent me a chair with a red cushion and asked if that was ok. I said yes cause I am over dealing with stupid requests of me that shouldn’t be asked of a customer. If it’s not right, fix it!! Jeez!Very nice looking furniture, the end results is a good product. However the instructions and the quality of the hardware was not good. Not all of the bolt locations were indicated and some of the bolt heads were pulled through the frame when tightening. Also the alen wrench included wore out before assembly was completed. If it were not for my stash of washers and quality tools, assembly would have been questionable.We love the chaise lounges …purchased to use in recovery from back surgery and they have been great for that .I would give 5 stars if the cushions had been half the quality I expected. The material is attractive in color but cheap and both covers have ripped at multiple seams in the first week of use . Believe me … they are not being abused ….. One cover had a ripped seam prior to placing it on the cushion.Im now left to search for and spend more money for replacement covers . This company should be embarrassed to sell such a cheap product and charge this price for it . Would recommend a different company just because of the covers.Easy to assemble and most important my wife love’sComfortable and so easy to assemble.I am 6'4 270 and these chairs fit perfectly for me. If there was only arms rest included, this would be a 5 star.Wish I read the reviews before purchasing! Super uncomfortable. The seam where the pieces meet is exactly where you sit so it's like having a bar underneath you! Return is possible, however the cost is 1/2 of what the chairs cost. A may as well have burned my money.Don't Buy!!Middle part of legs broke first use, screw holes going in wrong direction, was such a waste. Waited 2 years to buy loungers and so disappointed in them. Would ship back but so large done know how to. When sit in it it isn’t comfortable at all. Work really hard to make the money to buy them and wasted it!! Don’t buy
